Marks 4WD Adaptors now manufacture a race spec, heavy duty, one piece Toyota Land Cruiser swivel housing / steering arm. The housing is machined to accept the ABS wheel speed sensors should they be fitted to your vehicle.The new swivel housing has been designed for maximum strength without introducing any new serviceable parts such as the king pin bearings and seals. When fitting, a standard front end rebuild kit is used.

The steering arms and the swivel housing have been cast as one piece. This design eliminates the four stud and collet design in the lower king pin housing which are notorious for coming loose when the vehicle is used in harsh off road conditions.

The housings have been designed to suit left or right hand drive vehicles.

The housing is made from heat treated cast SGI. The housings are fully machined leaving a small machining allowance on the bores and faces. They are then heat treated which also stress relieves them prior to the final machining operation.

The lower king pin bearing has been relocated into the swivel housing which increases the distance between the king pin bearings by 30mm, this adds a substantial amount of strength by decreasing the load on the bearings.

The original Toyota shims are used to set the king pin bearing preload.
